Ground Beef with Mushroom Sauce over Egg Noodles

Nothing beats 5 Ingredient Dinner! This simple meal is delicious, quick, and is right at 400 calories per serving. I listed the ingredients per serving, so you can just multiply by the number of people you're feeding. My household of 2 doesn't need servings for 4. :)



Ingredients

3 oz. 93% Lean Ground Beef
1/2 cup 98% Fat Free Cream of Mushroom Soup
1/4 cup White Mushrooms
1/2 cup Frozen Green Peas
2/3 cup cooked Egg Noodles

Directions

Mushroom Sauce
Cook the beef until browned.
Add mushrooms.
Saute the mushrooms with beef until tender.
Mix in soup and peas.
[Optional] Salt & pepper to taste

Thoroughly heat and serve over egg noodles.

Egg noodles
Prepare as indicated on package.
